How to Wire the Motorized Hoist Correctly?

 Motorized Hoist is a kind of light and small lifting equipment. Most motorized hoists can be followed and manipulated on the ground by people using buttons. It can also be manipulated in the driver's cab, or it can be controlled remotely by wire (wireless). Motorized hoist is a kind of special lifting equipment, which is installed on the crane and gantry crane. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation, and convenient use. It is used in industrial and mining enterprises, storage docks and other places.

 

The lifting weight is generally 0.1 to 80 tons, and the lifting height is 3 to 30 meters. Motorized hoist is composed of motor, transmission mechanism and drum or sprocket, which can be divided into wire rope motorized hoist and ring chain motorized hoist. According to the electric hoist manufacturer, the wire rope motorized hoist is divided into CD1 (single speed lifting) and MD1 (double speed lifting); micro motorized hoist, winch and multi-functional hoist.

 

The correct wiring method of motorized hoist is as follows:

 

1. First, use the multimeter side resistance. Of the three wires coming out of the motorized hoist motor, one is a common wire, and the other two are the incoming wires of the winding. (If the main and auxiliary windings are not divided, the resistance of the two windings' incoming wires and the common terminal line is the same. If the main and auxiliary windings are divided, the resistance of the main winding and the common terminal is greater than that of the secondary winding and the common terminal).

 

2. Judge the main and auxiliary windings by looking at the number of wires in the electric hoist motor. If the main and auxiliary windings are divided and the requirement is forward and reverse, the number of wires coming out of the motor is at least 4. If there are three, it can be judged that the main and auxiliary windings are not divided.

 

3. The motorized hoist wiring is mainly the operation of the hoist body and the handle. Generally, there are six buttons on the operating handle, namely red key, green key and four direction keys. There is a sub row of terminals on the hoist, which is used to connect the main body of the hoist and the handle. According to the color of the line, the wiring can be carried out.
